The technical and competitions at the Uganda Ludo Federation (ULF) will launch the National Women League on Sunday 11th September at the Lugogo Hockey grounds and 12 clubs will be dicing.
On the same day, match-day 18 of the National Ludo Super League which is the top flight will commence as well as launching the League One first Leg .
League one is a team feeder to League two (National Ludo Championship) which is a pathway to the top flight, the National Ludo Super League.
In the National Ludo Super League, new table leaders Masaka Giants take on struggling Nansana All stars while second placed Nansana Galaxy shall play Kireka Kisansa.
In other games, bottom placed Kazo Hill will be up against Buloba A while Kings host Busega and Jinja based Buyende United square off with Ntinda United.
Bassajja Bayiiya shall lock horns with Nakawa Market.
Some of the players from the National Ludo Super League will be playing their last match day for this month.
This is after nine players out of the eleven who are going to represent Uganda at the 2022 Africa Ludo Individual Championship (AL-NIC).
The players will enter residential camp in preparations for the tournament that will dice off from Saturday 24th to Wednesday 28th September 2022 in Pretoria South Africa.
The continental championship is organized by the Africa Ludo Federation.
Team Uganda will be looking to defend her tittle having selected the best players from the League and the delegation of players will be led by the federation President Kalule Hussein with all preparations underway amidst financial constraints.
