After the opening weekend of National Ludo Super League treated us to plenty of absorbing clashes, Match day 2 was rife with heavyweight matches that had a critical say on a side’s early season fortunes.
In an enticing match day two that was played on Sunday 26th March .2023 ,each game registered a scoreline of 4 goals and a total of 28 goals were scored across 7 matches.
Basajja Bayiiya Ludo Club continued their impressive start with a thrilling 4-0 win over Kings Ludo Club .The win moved Basajja Bayiiya to six points at the top of the table.
It was a day where the two of the major challengers managed to put their past results in a rearview mirror.
Defending Champions Nansana Galaxy claimed their first win of the season after ousting Kazo Hill Ludo Club 4-0 at the Galaxy Arena. In the opening league game, Nansana Galaxy were thrashed by 2018 champions Nansana All Stars in a highly anticipated Nansana derby.
Last seasons runners up Masaka Giants thumped Nakawa Market 3-1 to claim their first win of the season.
Debutants managed to maintain their unbeaten run with Kiboga headlining after a 3-1 victory against Buloba A, Metal welcomed Last seasons 2nd runners Up Ntinda United to Kawempe with a 3-1 victory.
In other games, Buyende United played to 2-2 draw with Gulu City , Nansana All Stars also played to a 2-2 draw with Kubbiri Ludo Club .
So far fifty Six (56) goals have been registered across 14 games.
The National Ludo Super League will return on Sunday 26th March with all games at 10am.
