UGANDA : National Ludo Super League Organising committee finally rules on Masaka Giants and Kazo Hill’s case

The National Ludo Super League Organising committee chaired by Miss Nabbuma Teddy at the Uganda Ludo Federation (ULF) head office in Nansana has finally ruled on the Masaka Giants Ludo Club and Kazo Hill’s case.

During a riveting contest on Match Day 17 at Rock 24/7 Mpererwe , Ssemuwemba Jamil of Masaka Giants Ludo Club received a second yellow card from referee Kibirige Livingston in the second set ,sending him to the locker room.

Following the red card decision , alot of tension escalated resulting into a situation that could not allow the referee to carry out his duties thus calling off the game because Masaka Giants had failed to control thier emotions .

Masaka Giants and Ssemuwemba Jamil found Guilty.

” A deduction of three points in the current on going season. ”

Mean while ,the club has been fined a fee of Uganda shillings 400,000 and Ssemuwemba Jamil has been fined Uganda Shillings 100,000 after being found guilty from the video footage.

” The organising committee suspended Ssemuwemba Jamil for a period of five matches as an appropriate corrective measure for this misconduct against referee Kibirige Livingston .

The fines on the club should be paid in a period of one month while for Ssemuwemba’s case , he must pay his fines on return after his suspension.

Having found Masaka Giants guilty, Kazo Hill Ludo Club were awarded three points thus ascending from 10th – 7th position 

The National Ludo Super League will return on Thursday 20th , July 2023 with match day 18
